<div class="IPBDescription">run a net sever</div> ok i am trying to run a normal internet sever from my machine.. it has 512 dsl both ways so say 10- 14 players all this to test a map

the problem is this the ip i get is 192.168.2.1( i think) its the same one you have to use to accessa routerand my game doesnt exist on the web thus only i can play

currently i am running ms internet connection sharing to a net gear 5 port switch and teh dsl from my mahine
xp 1400
512 ddr2100
2x40 gig hd
ati radeon 8500
on obard lan to dsl
dlink lan to switch

is this my isp being evil to me or what?

    no, it's you needing to setup port forwarding on your router and/or ICS box. plus, you'll need to find your global IP (the one that your router/modem/whatever has), and add "+ip <ip>" to your HLDS command line.
