    well, that's an easy fix, but is everything else ok?

    Too thick, very little detail, too many polies for the amount of detail you have. No depth whatsoever. A flat object scaled to 3D.

    so it's pointless?

    or do i spice it up a bit, and make it s W model?

    I'd say you have about 3 months to go before your models start to look decent. Depends on how much you model in that period of time. Try to give guns realistic depth and curves. Your current model looks like a flat drawing that has been stretched widthwise to make it 3D. You also wasted a lot of polies for so little detail.

    It's better than my first start though. Mine was a box and a sphere <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Would anyone actually like to give him some <b>help</b>, and tell him how he can improve? For a first model, it looks very nice. Keep going. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
