Thank you for the links, they are great.

now a question, I can not get textured lights to work... I use the right textures, do not make it an entity, and it still dosn't light up. any ideas?

    Thanx

You need to put lights.rad in the folder where your compile tools are (you should be using zoner's BTW), there is already one in there, but it isn't complete. I can't remember where you get it from though

Well I'd suggest using a tex_light entity. So much more control...

I beleive World Craft has a lights.rad included with it, in its program directory. Just do a windows search for lights.rad. Drag and drop it into you ZHLT directory.

It may also be incomplete. Many times you may need to add the texture in maunally. That's pretty easy, just open the lights.rad with a text editor and you'll see the basic syntax for adding light textures.

This File also includes all the NS light textures as well as the standard Half-Life lights
