Background Sounds?

<div class="IPBDescription">how u get rid of?</div> Dont know how this happened to 1 of the pc at this lan cafe.
Has background music now for both teams.
Sometimes not music just weird swooshing sounds.

Is there a command for background music???

Thanx much appreciated.

edit: its more the volume of the background noise.

need to turn it down somehow?

    Maybe he wants to turn down the ambient sounds like in powersilo and the likes. I would love to know this answer as well because I can never hear voice chat when I am in powersilo whether I am marine or alien. I would guess deleting the looping sound is what I would have to do but is this a bad thing? Do the devs discourage this?

    umm, what I said should probably do that (I don't touch my sound b/c I like it the way it is)

    there is also a comand to turn UP voice chat
    If you have a problem with specific areas bind a key so that it will change your voice chat lvl between 2 things (basicaly is reasignes itself every press)
