Please could you help me with this?
When I first start my computer and play NS I get a decent FPS and everything is smooth. When the map changes my fps drops and there is some really bad screen lag - NS is unplayable. Or, sometimes my fps is fine in the ready room but on joining a team by fps dives. My ping is always low about 30 - 70 - so no problem there. This is strange as before I re-installed NS eveything was fine.
System:
PII 400mhz
384 RAM
Maxtrox G450 (latest driver)
Large enough and defragged HD
