Yet Another Sound Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">choppy/repeated sounds</div> My problem is with my sound things...Example: When I play as an alien the sound should sound like "Resource tower under attack" , but on my computer it plays as "Resource tower under attack-ack" Its like a really bad lag spike that one go away...I have the updated drivers, in fact thats when the problem started, after i installed the new ones..any ideas?
