Getting Time Demo Stats During Game

I'd like to know if its possible to get FPS information while playing NS?

Im not familiar with the Half-Life engine, Ive always played UT and you could get stats in UT,
I just purchased HL a coupole weeks ago to play NS .. so does any one know ?

There's a place at www.planethalflife.com that shows all the HL console commands and what they do. Very handy.
