I would have to see how you do the lay out and such for product pages, but the front page looks good

Womens health and fitness?
When I'm designing stuff I host it off my computer to show people until I get a real domain for it.
haha theres also a site in there for my gf's dance studio. I don't want you all to get the wrong ideas anout me. hehe.
edit: omg! now i get it. I put that as a link for something temporary
Your current navigation scheme (with the links right in the middle) are in a bad place if you ever want to put any actual content in there. You can use that for an index page, and then have a separate layout for any other page, but that's just more work for you. I would recommend putting it either along the top and incorporating it with the logo, or along the side. I know that's how everyone else does it, but when you're hired by a small business, they usually want a traditional site.
I like the use of images you've got going, but right now they're detracting from the actual content of the page. Unless the page content is a gallery or something similar, you usually want to have the content placed more prominently, and use the images to accent it.
The rollovers are well done as well, but personally, I would either have one for all of the links, or none at all.
And I don't know if you noticed it or not, but the empty red boxes you have on there show up as links when you hover your cursor over them.
I really like the color scheme you've got going, especially how the patio picture has a red overlay - it fits well.
Sorry if I sound really nitpicky, but I've been designing for 5 years now, so there are some things that really stick out to me. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> Good job so far! Keep me posted.
I've seen your server's site. Awesome stuff. I still haven't got that whole techno photoshop thing going for me.

I've started on the template for the subpages (very early stage)

I'm working on the site as we speak. I just haven't finished the other ones. thanks for the compliment.

I don't know why I gave it that overlay. I just did it and it looked good so I kept it. It's wierd how those things happen.
