Bast Lighting Went Out?

Ok I was just playing bast and at one point I heard a sizzle of electricity and some of the lighting went out in the marine start. I've never seen this before, how did it happen?

there are 2 lights on a stand at either end of the marine start that will go pop when you shoot them out.

I'm not sure of this, but there's some piping near feedwater that is easily destroyed by aliens on that map. I'm not sure what it does, but it might cut one of the lights for the marines.

I think its the first thing aliens should do on that map.

Do you guys know of any more of these random event thingys that can be triggered? Not weld spots, things like the light or the pipe?
