A Faster Com Makes Jetting Easier?

I have heard rumors of a Jetting exploit where by you are able to stay in the air for a long time by editing the fps cap ,so if you have a better com and a higher fps does that mean that you would be able to stay in the air longer?

AFAIK that is just how JP's work at the moment, not an "exploit". Higher FPS = quicker fuel regen. FPS influences a lot of stuff, like building time, possibly ROF as well.

HL is capped at 100 fps so that's the upper limit.
