<i>Please do NOT post screenshots, overviews, or other guff in this thread. It will just give me the royal hump.</i>

Essentially, I'm using this thread to keep track of the maps that are likely to be submitted, as I'll be organising the tests of each map. The earlier we get to see the maps (even unfinished) the quicker we can give feedback, thus allowing you to smooth off any rough edges in time for the release, thus improving your chances of a succesful submission.

Good luck and happy mapping. Without your dedication, the mod scene would be nothing.

    Description of map theme: A leaky lab built inside the mountain of a planet, to study ruins of an ancient civilization that worshipped the sun.

    Number of Guinea Pigs: 10-24 (32 possible but crowded)

    Special features: Some custom egyptian themed textures and architecture, but done in a science fiction themed way. An excessive amount of dripping, leaking water, because the facility was made before the invention of plywood. *g* 3 unique hive areas: Temple Ruins, Cavern Excavation, and Hydroponics Core.

    Holy moley, I had no idea there were going to be this many submissions for v1.1. Don't fear, there will be an opportunity to add new maps with every client side update, which will probably be every couple months or so (just a guess). Be sure to read my map submission guidelines when submitting them to me! Also, it would be quite helpful for you to include the HLTV .tga and .txt file as well (no .bmp overview is needed because NS doesn't support software rendering). If anyone needs info on generating these files, have a look at this HLTV document that comes with the HL 2.3 SDK.
