Ap testing

<div class="IPBDescription">Also a hidden Rant.</div>I have to go take my AP calc test on Teusday.  I'm worried sick about it.  Gotta get a 3 to get credit for college next year.  Anyone ever take one of these?  I took the comp science ap last year and got a 1.  It was soooooo damn hard.  Half the test was questions about a case study thing.  The case study was a big program about fish that move around in a tank.  It factors in things like bumping into eachother and off the sides of the tank, and even put in things like life span and spawning of more fish.  What the hell is the point of this?  First off, the fish in the program act absolutely nothing like fish in real life!  So why is this program even useful!?  This reminds me of that lame comic The Family Circus.  Every day I read the comics, and every time I even glance at that comic, it ruins my day.  It is NEVER funny.  The kids act soooo damn stupid.  Bill Keene makes the comic about his life, but there is no way in hell that he has kids.  The kids in his comics act nothing like kids in real life.  Each time there is a drawing by "Billy" or "Jeffy," it is actually Bill senior.  I think he has split personalities.  He thinks that he is a kid!  What makes me really mad is how they actually keep this comic around.  Also, there is way to much religious stuff in there.  I'm not trying to be anti-religious, but considering that more than 60% of the earth's population is unaffiliated...  And how come strongly religious people always think that they are better because of it?  They think that the majority of people are religous.  I hate this crap.  Argh, maybe I do hate religion.  Well, yes, I do!  And I hate Bill Kene!  And I hate these damn people calling in on a Sunday morning at 9:50 in the morning!  They should be in church you damn god-fearing people!  Arg!

    I think you forgot the </rant> tag.  <!--emo&:p--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'><!--endemo-->

    Don't worry, the calculus test was pretty easy (at least when I took it, but then I'm not exactly the one to be saying stuff like "easy," though I did find it easy to rack up six 5's and a 4).  I never took comp sci, though, so I can't say anything about the fish.
    And whaddya mean Family Circus isn't funnny?  Don't you remember that one time when Jeffy spilled his milk and started to cry, and Billy said "Don't cry over spilled milk."  That was pure genious.  <b><i>Genious.</b></i>
    And I'd rather not comment on religion, as it's not a topic I take to very kindly.

    I'd lock this topic before it gets out of hand. Not because of the comic stuff (I found your guy's comments quite hilarious), but obviously because of the religion aspect. I'm <i>this</i> close to thrashing out at anyone who dares to even <b>begin</b> to bash any particular religion. And that would be light considering what I'd have to say to anyone who says anything against mine, so yeah... before this kinda stuff happens, PLEASE lock this up so I (and others) don't start flaming here... please please please please please

    /me twitches

    A religious debate is something I'd leave a community over. I just don't want to put up with it. And there is no way I'd be able to keep myself from commenting on a heated battle on it. I'm quite offended by your comments, Cremator and I don't think ANYONE wants to see something like this take off. So... please. Lockage. Avoidance is the key. Lockage. Twitchage.

    Cremator, you're already on my list. As much as I'd like to give this topic the ol' lockage, I'm going to hope that it doesn't turn into a religious debate, and leave the AP Cal test, along with family circus cartoon up for debate. The moment this turns into a religous battle, you can bet it will be removed.

    I've got the same problem Ken does. I can't resist commenting on religious debates. Ever. Soooo... Just to prevent anything bad from happening, I'll lock the thread. Just so someone doesn't come on here and make some comment, and I lose all self control and get into a 14 page debate on religion. (I've had debates that spawned 120+ post threads.)

    Sorry to lock it like this and good luck on your AP test.
