I've got one for you.. this is a modded version of the adminmod rockthevote. Basically add maps to the menu driven list by adding them to your admin.cfg

amx_addmap ns_hera

and add a continue option like this

amx_addmap continue

admins can cancel the vote by using 'say:cancelvote'

also this has the original rockthevote text based system still there.. so much stuff in this plugin.. but I'm way to lazy to write it all out.
