if I a server joinen wants comes this error message: "You cannot connect a server running custom game nx until you install the custom game."

Don't use the NS shortcut on the desktop. Start up NS by using the Start menu, or go to Half-Life or Counter-Strike (where ever you installed it) and click on Custom Games.
