Adv. Commander Binds

Does anyone have a link for advanced commander binds (that aren't covered in the Customize menu) for stuff like recycling, build arms lab, build proto, etc?

Used to have a link for it, but the site is busted.

zippy pls explain how a medpack bind.. is cheat? lol it takes 2 rsr per medpack, and even with this advantage 1marine v 2+ fades = dead marine medpacks put aside... unless they dont have carapace... BUT WHAT FOOL WOULD BE WITHOUT HIS CARAPACE?

My main personal gripe against medpacks is the conjunction of the fact that they are utterly time independent. They can be spammed over six a second (I've seen it done) and they instantly bring health back up by a comparatively whoppping +50 health. If they either took effect over a period of time (limited or no stacking) OR if there was a placement delay, then it would be far less abusable.

I have to say this, since it's a patently false statement I'm quoting.

The medpack bind was in the binding menu in the original release of Natural Selection, for commanders to use. They needed to have the medpack 'menu' open, but then they could spam them by design.

It's a constant 2-res-a-pack way to fight against an onslaught. Figure it this way, better to spend 26 res on 13 medpacks to keep one HMG marine alive long enough to kill something, or lose the marine and spend another 26 res on a new HMG? One makes you lose time and ground, the other doesn't.

But the medpack spam method also requires commander attention constantly for a few seconds, to make sure the marine doesn't die, whereas the re-equipping a dead soldier takes only a moment of commander time. It all evens out.

there is nothing wrong with health spam, find a way to kill whoever is getting spammed.

if you j00 bind keys to things it makes j00 a 3viL h4xx0r. It was only purposely included in the game to make it easier to identify the h4xx0rs.

If Flayra didn't want us to spam medpacks, he wouldn't have made it so that we could. He designed the game and as a result, seeing how well balanced it is so far, I'll trust his judgement over anyone else's.

Doesn't bother me if they do when I'm chopping him up, I just run away, whilst my teammates get to wreak havoc with those now unguarded (and unscanned, remember the sensory!) marines. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    So....what did it do?
And medpack spam is justified in many ways, even if its annoying as hell(I know by first hand experience, suyf).
