<div class="IPBDescription">And It r0xx0r'd!</div> Wow, NS spread like wild-fire at a local Indy LAN... once we got people used to the game and pryed them away from precious Counter-Strike they quite enjoyed it.

Nothing like seeing the look on someones face when they see an Onos for the first time... OMG WHAT IS THAT!!!!! NOOO!!!

    I tried to once, at a very small (<10 comps) LAN a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, one person found a UT cd on the shelf and said "hey, let's play this instead!!". Obviously I was not amused, since I was just after downloading the NS client and burning it to a CD to pass around. <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif'><!--endemo-->

    A friend of mine was at my place a while ago, and I introduced him to NS. I was playing as a Skulk for a while, then he walked in and asked what I was playing. I let him sit and play for a bit, and a few minutes later he saw an Onos run down the hall. I swear, he almost soiled himself because he thought it was coming for him!!! <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    lol... I remember the first time I saw an onos was... from inside his eyes LOL

    I had no idea I'was a big bull-like-thing. But seeing it for the first time as a marine wasn't so cool lol

    Ill admit, I kinda spoiled it abit for myself, i read the manual in its entirety before even trying a game of NS. And had seen a few screenies, so I kindof knew what to expect. But still, its a kind of magical feeling, to Spawn in, see the snuffaluffagus from hell chargin at you like a freight train, knock you down, then wanting to spawn in faster just so you can get a good look at it. Truly a great feeling of wonderment.
