Round bordered tables?

You cant, its not in HTML. A way to fake it would be to use a table with cells on the sides holding images that look like rounded table borders.

No.  Use Paintbrush or Photoshop or Paintshop Pro.

lol, no, but on many pages you will see the "main" site in a box, with round corners and stuff, with a really really neat design and all...

Yes they fake it by creating the images themselves to look all pretty and curvy, and then insert those images cleverly into a table. (at least I think that's how it all goes)
