a nice website to host NS models, anything you wanna make, basically, it's a NS creations site... art, comics, flash movies, maps.... all this not but restricted to this list....
one problem:
HTML
i don't want it to be a lame-oh geocities created site, which means i need somone or some people to help with the creation...i don't think we would have a problem getting content for the site, i just need some nice html people to help me out....

Bleh, I hate most of those instant HTML programs, good old HTML is the way to go. And yes I know how it is with free time, I personally am just about to end high school so I'll FINALLY get some free time to do artwork (I still need to replace the piggorge skin with something better) and even then most of my artwork is for a college portfolio which I need to do over the next 3 weeks, ugh... Sheridan's animation department is hard to get into...
It'll contain: models/new skins/maps, new WADs and sprites.
When I got my login for the FTP I'll start to mirror all these things here at the forums. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

nice one... but then again, i plan on making mine in english, not.... german?
in the 80 meg space, we are making a NETWORK of pages, NS, CS, TFC, HLDM, tons of it... we lpan for popups, and banners, so it can pay for itself, and possibly pay for later exspansion... once we fill up the 80 megs, we are going to invest in more space...
it (will) should become the T2K - Thrill 2 Kill network.... and mind you, the T2K is already a team, it's just that i'm ejecting people because they aren't doing their share of the work...which is why i'm looking for people to do the html....
for the CS map review site, we've got over 45 maps, DONE...reviewed, and have screenshots, but no html guy to get the interface done....
i already plan on bumping up our space up....but we gotta get a site up first
willing to help me along or if they dont want to help thats ok. I am not proficient enough in php yet
to do this site but i hope to have it up and running sometime near or after 1.1. Nayone wanting to
help all i need is someone to design the database which would mean creating all the forms, database
and background stuff so all a user has to do is submit his skin/model/map/art and have a staff member
review and put it up for download
I know ill get flamed for posting this but id do my best to come along and help as i am <b>learning</b> PHP
at the moment.
Anyone wanting to help please email me: r3men4nt@hotmail.com
As I said before Ness, making a website takes almost almost no time, no money, and HTML isn't the hardest thing to learn, and even wtihout HTML knowledge there are alternatives.
I'm not giving a negative response though Ness, I was giving a reality check. I even put at the bottom of my message of what Delar could do in order to perhaps get more trust in what he is doing by giving a more detailed plan and what his job would be. But I suppose I should leave my nose out of it, let people learn things the hard way and leave the blame off of myself. So sorry for any negativity I've caused
i might want to mention that this isn't going to be on a "free hosted" website, there is no bandwidth restrictions, and no file limitations (types).... BUT we've only got 80 megs.... i'm <u>paying</u> for the site, what else do you want?

personally, i've taken 2 html classes in highschool, the whole class, we learned how to use dreamweaver...something i don't legally own (so i can't post it on the web) AND the program can't handle inter linked frames too great... i mean, it probably can, but we never got that far.
