<div class="IPBDescription">fonts?</div> I want to know how to do this in photoshop...
what i did was i opened paint and did a flood in grey
then i took a darker grey and used the 3box font (downloaded)
then i went over the edges with the line tool in black

I'm working on a little something that will hopefully get this forum moving a bit faster. People seem not to be doing much NS related art, which saddens me.
-fill the background-layer with gray
-select the 'type'-tool and type your text.
-fill your text-layer with dark-gray
-add layer-style "Stroke" to the text-layer, and set its color to black
-you're done!

what is the alpha channel?
im trying to create a dynamically generated image with php and it says

now i know alot of people dont know php but its not the php im asking
i just want to know what is the alpha channel and how do i eliminate it?

but i guess i have to get a good pop up blocker if i ever want to download fonts :/
i get my fonds from arttoday.com.... but then again, i have a membership, i don't have to pay the $0.25 a font.....
