This new board is really nice, but i think it sucks i had to re-register... but anywayz... i'm not really active now because im beta testing 1.4, maybe it is an idea of letting NS be beta testable through STEAM too (:?
but.. my idea came up when i was playing CS... why not create a room in a map, which is not accesible, but when the score screen appears (in cs the image just freezes, and the scoreboard comes up), the 'camera (player view)' is changed to that room, depending on which team wins and loses. If the aliens win, you see some dead marines, aliens win sprayed on the wall (mayb even in blood, but that is not the ns style), and a few aliens eating from the dead or something (also a bit too not-ns)... when the marines win the room will be more a scene of dead aliens, and a team of marines moving through it (why shouldn't everything be able to move)???... but this would be a cool feature i think, it could be supported by a func_endscreen or something, and when there is no func_endscreen it is just cs style, so mappers do not have to be able to map movement and models in their map...

I kinda like the idea of showing the final hive/CC being destroyed like that though. Perhaps in that bullet time that Spirit of Half Life can do.

This sounds like a great feature, but is best suited for after v1.0 I think.
