<div class="IPBDescription">does anyone else have this problem?</div>I've tried a few times to change the time setting in my forum control panel without sucess...

You may adjust the base time zone
The time (including your current adjustment) is:
Jan 23 2003, 12:56 PM

when I change to my time zone I get 12:56 PM, it's actually 11:56 PM ... enabling daylight savings time puts it to 1:56 PM ... so it's like 11 hours off or something...

my system clock is fine, what's up here?

Yeah, I had this problem too; I had to set my time back 13 hours, to Eastern Standard Time instead of Hong Kong Time (aka China Coast Time or West Australian Time).

yeah I tried that, but none of the timezones match up with my actual time... I'm surprized nobody else has mentioned this... or seems to care...

    Ah, but we do care.

It's simply a matter of being in two different legs of the Trousers of Time.
