help with bug
I edited this model/skin so that the marine would lose a bit of weight, and take his helmet off when he dons a jetpack, but the problem I'm having is all the marines show as the guy with the jetpack.

I have had this problem before, not just with my edited model. Any ideas how it could be fixed? (if at all)

I do have them setup right in thier respective model places too, so its not my compiling or anything

make sure you dont have the high quality models thing checked in your settings.

not sure if it would help, but there was a simular problem with defuse packs/bomb in CS

Did you notice how the black skin's hair goes kind of whacky right where the model makes it look puffy on the left side of the forehead? Good reason to wear a helmet, for me...

I dont remember ever seeing the black skin ingame tbh, and its a simple matter to remove it anyhow.
