Problem Skining A Model

<div class="IPBDescription">Skinners plz read</div> I have been converting a skin I made for avp2 and I need to put it hl I have in .bmp format, and its 512x512 like its supposed to be. I am using Half-life model viewer to import my skin on to the model but when I do it say>... <span style='color:red'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>X</span></span> ERROR loading .BMP texture.
