Texturing The Inside Of A Cylinder....

<div class="IPBDescription">help?</div> ok, im applying the texture to the faces of the inside of the cylinder ( to be my ready room) and it keeps distorting them so they are aligned to my view, instead of paralell to the floor... is this normal and it just goes away upon render, or am i making a newbish mistake?

    Check that the box at the bottom of the texture tool window doesn't say "align to view". Click it and change it to the proper one (can't remember what it's called...just 'apply' i think), and you should be done.

    Sometime vhe can fudz your textures if the face(s) on your bursh are at an angle (ie: not 90). I've noticed that the alignment flag (ie: world / face ) can become unchecked. Check which ever one suits your purpose. Hope this helps.
