Ok, I just got DSL today...  hehehe...  but that's not why I'm posting.

After the incident in Germeny, I'm all the more determined to do my school project.  I'm doing a presentation on computer game violence controls.  Unfortunately, I can't find too much.  Would you guys be so kind as to help me look for evidence against the studies and stuff that have been put out?

Well, it seems news only gets posted when news happens. I (personally) have not seen any article about people not killing because they played violent games because, well, that isn't news <!--emo&:(--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('><!--endemo-->

sheesh, im glad i gotta chance to say this, even if its a bit off topic. if someone goes on a school rampage, yer not gonna get people to read your article by saying "CRAZY BOY KILLS 16", rather "BOY KILLS SIXTEEN: Known for playing computer games". if this guy was psychopathic and had a criminal record we probably would miss it but they're gonna stick every little bit in about what games he plays. hundreds of thousands of people play half life, most 14-19. the chance that you select a random teen (in this case, the one who went kookoo) that plays CS isnt so bad.

I know of a 5 years study done by the Australian government which stated that violent games can't induce violent behavior. You should be able to find it somewhere on their governments site.
