Yes i read the license thing. But i don't get this part:

Does that mean that if i download it and use it, i wil have to pay that much?

And these questions are probably best answered by the people at Ikonboard. We don't run it, we don't design it, we just use it. They use it too, btw, so they've got advantages over us and know more about it.
