<div class="IPBDescription">hide the tfac</div> The little hole in the engine room metal thingy is there for a reason. put the turret factory there!
Not only this, but when it's in the little hole, only 2 turrets are needed to -- not only guard the tfac -- but defend the whole place! (turrets can fire down at anyone biting the tfac, and they have the normal field of vision to defend the doors, etc.)
Another strategy here is to stick the tfac in one of the red fan things and stick the phase gate in the hole. This way, newly spawned marines aren't prey to acid rockets just yet. (Or switch the two, put the phase gate in the red fan thing.)
Another one, build a turret near the back of the room so that a marine can jump on it, then jump onto the catwalk. From there, you have access to the flanks of the room that give you very good field of fire.

Unless you've done extensive testing on this (built it then tried several times to bite it as skulk), I don't belive ya, that hole is (from memory) too big to stop a skulk getting inside, and if its inside the turrets up top will hit the TF or the lip not the skulk.
