My favorite class to evolve into is the lerk just about at any point of the game. Several times however i have been in situations where a gorge has needed a boost...so i let him get on my back and jump while i fly and provide kind of an "Air Lift" service...i've gotten newbie fades who have accidently blinked to the top of great viaduct safely down on my back (however some missed me and just plummeted the 200 feet down <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo--> ) but i was just curious if it was an exploit or not. Nobody has ever complained to me about it yet.

    I wouldn't consider it so.

    It's not exactly game unbalancing, until people work out how to go for surfing Fade hit & run @ high speed attacks on marine spawns! <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='wow.gif'><!--endemo-->

    While not as cool you could surely have explained blink to the newbies faster?

    I regularly use the cealing in great viaduct hive to blink accross the big empty area at the top as you're outside the LOS while you drop and you can kill your V with a second blink to the floor.

    Actually i had tried explaining it too him and he was saying that he didn't want to die and waste his resouces so i gave him an airlift...now what i really want to do is see if i can airlift an Onos <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    yes, yes u can airlift an onos.

    I still remember being told it was impossible cos the onos was to heavy.... lol...

    I think it's just a little bug but I think you can use it. And I'm sure you can do the same with a jetpacked marine.

    i dont realyl get how you do this? if you jump on a lerk can he still fly without the other player having to move? or does the other palyer haev to jump for the lerk to move?

    wow lerk surfing would be awsome! but its not possible, since if you moved as the lerk the guy would fall off, but maybe at the right speed with the right jump size you could get it right... <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo--> THIS WOULD BE SO SWEET!

    Lerk surfing. Far out dude. (Sorry, my dad's a hippy, it rubs off)

    When you need to get a fade/onos up a wall quickly, use a skuevator (Skulks go up the wall as the other alien jumps, this getting him where he needs to go without worring about falling on his ****) With something like the viaduct, it would be more productive to crawl up there as a skulk then evolve, but otherwise "Lerk surfing" would be prudent... Unless you wanted to make a bridge of skulks... rofl
