Ns Skin And Map Website

Hey all, im kinda new to the forum; ive been reading it for about a month now. I have checked out alot of the custom skins and what not on this fourm and I must say most (if not all) are awesome ! I was considering setting up a dedicated website for hosting usermade skins and maps. The site url would be a redirect to a web subdomain I already own. The URL would be: <a href='http://customns.cjb.net' target='_blank'>http://customns.cjb.net</a> . The email right now could also be customns@customns.cjb.net . The site will take a days (maybe weeks, depending on my scuduele), but it should be worth it. Please, anyone that has made a custom skin/model/map, please email just your NAME and DESCRIPTION. I will reply to you requesting the actual file and some ingame and model render pics when the site is complete. I hope that this site will be around a long time and will help alot of people out with thier hosting problems. Nice work, mate. Looks great. Once it's more under way, if you're looking for people to help you keep it updated and stocked with new models and skins (and sprites, too. we need some place to keep all those kickin xhairs and HUD stuff) I'll volunteer. I'm an amateur modeller/sprite artist myself.. haven't released anything, but that's because I'm a perfectionist and don't like my work... anyway, I keep a good eye on the models forum, so I'm usually aware of the latest releases and such.

I would definatly like to have someone keep it updated and what not with everything. I will also be hosting sprites/huds; everything that has to do with customizing NS. As far as the popups, thats from the free forwarding service I am using (hence the cjb.net). I will look around online some more for a free (or cheap) site that lets me forward without popups. I do own a URL and space, but the name is long (www.mafia-computers.com) and the name has nothing to do with NS. I might actually purchase a URL for the site if it actually picks up some, we will have to see. Ill keep everyone updated. Ok, the new url is : <a href='http://customns.vze.com' target='_blank'>http://customns.vze.com</a> . The email still remains the same though, since this vze service doesnt offer email (but it has no popups !).
