Help Me Decide On A Sig

<div class="IPBDescription">Animated sigs are fun</div> I really can't decide on a sig atm. I've gone into Anime animated sig overload, but sadly my FTP doesn't want to work atm so the 5 new ones I've won't be uploaded until something fixes itself somewhere along the line...

Should I use:

NUMBER is cool, heaps better than the first 1

can u make me one pleaaasssseeee..... a EVA sig would be cool

or anything really im not good at making sigs <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='confused.gif'> so anything would be sweet but i really like the second 1 it has more action than the first and seems more interesting

i dont know most of those animes but a sig with action in it would be cool.

There's a file size limit on sigs. Yours is 60k, which is about 40k too much.

Animated sigs are a pain in the arse to pull off with only 20k to use.

Ok I got premiere working again.

And why is there not a singe gainax creation in that list? Because FLCL sig would equal=uber.
I suppose I could try with my meager photoshopish talents, but it wouldn't turn out good. [looks pitiful]

No Gainax on that list because that's all I have on my HDD's atm. I do have FLCL somewhere... I just hate looking through 20 CD wallets for it that's all.

Well here you go then. The End of Evangelion siggy.
I didn't use the line "I wish I had a flying dog" because I couldn't really find an eva clip to match it... so I just used "I wish I could turn back time" because that is what is being sung during this sequence of the film (The song is called is entitled Komm, Susser Todd)

I apologise for how the text looks AYHAB2U. I took a rather cool grunge font and shrunk it down and it looks all pixelated, and then the matte screwed it up a bit.

Ok I'll just talk you through it.

1.) Just watching the movies normally I select what section of the avi I want to use, I remember what time this happens (Like 08:45, etc)
2.) Open up premiere, import the clip and cut out the section I want
3.) Export the clip from premiere as a animated gif, 320x240 @ 15fps For the EoE one I ended up with 95 frames or so.
4.) Open up ImageReady (sub-program of Photoshop) resize the clip down so it is 45 pixels high (I'll crop it or something, depends on the circumstances)
5.) Because I have to get it under 22k (More or less *cough*) I go about removing layers and frames from the gif till I get it down to around.. I dunno... 10 on average I suppose.
6.) Switch over to Photoshop, widen it to 300 pixels. Work my magic with it, add some text. blarg
7.) Switch back to Imageready, run an optimisation over it (Usually a Gif 64 Dithered preset)
8.) Export it, viola
