<div class="IPBDescription">problems :(</div> For some reason my upgrade menu is screwed up. All the words stack on eaach other and i eventually get a white blob.

EX: i want to make a fade, so i move my mouse up a couple time to get to fade, by the time i get there i cant see any of the text cause it has upgrades/advanced/fade ect. on the spot.

How do i fix this?

    Instead of the text it should be vgui menus but i also got the buged thing with the text plz help us

    Thats because you are running in software mode. Software mode will not be supported till a future HL patch. Please use OpenGL or Direct3D.     I dont know...I tried playing NS in school...software and all...

    Even though I had the smallest screen, lowest resolution and 5 FPS...the menues worked

    Flayra was not able to get software mode properly supported and still have a timely 1.0 release... he decided to bite the bullet and implement software support, if possible, in a later patch.

    A GeForce2 (which is what I use and get 60+ fps, usually) only costs about $50 these days, if that; mow a few lawns, shovel a few driveways, whatever, and you'll have the $$ in no time. Your computer will thank you, too. (:

    Yea high class vid cards are pretty cheap these days. Although I got the geforce 4600. Its a pretty nice card too <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> .
