From what I understand both the bob and flyer are the size of a crouching marine, which would put you at 32x32x36. I'm guessing that the jetpack marine would keep the same dimentions as a standard marine.
Unfortunately, Bob is exactly the same size as a crouched marine. Therefore, where one can go, the other can go. However, with the NSTR2, you'll be able to make team specific triggers with the trigger_presence, so that could solve your problem there.
I don't know what size the Flyer is though. Sorry.

Moleculor, judging from what it says in the mapping guidelines, level 1, 2, and 3 aliens cannot crouch and are therefor always 32x32x36. What level is the flyer? I'm guessing he's level 2... but I don't see where it specifies.
Wowwwwwwwwww... never noticed that before! Thanx! I've been wondering who's what size for -months- now... Hehehe... It's right there in the Mapping Guidelines.. Thanx!
I always thought the Level 1 and 2 were stuck as crouched Gordon size, Level 3 (the flyer you didn't know the level of) and level 4 were regular Gordon size and could crouch to crouched Gordon size, and the Level 5 was something greater than Gordon size (Flayra says 1.5 times now, I guess), but could crouch to regular Gordon size.
And I wouldn't trust the mapping guidelines completely, as they are notorious for being out of date.
From the new mapping guidelines, which will be released soon:
Compiling with hulls Because of the various sizes of player models in Natural Selection, CSG requires a new hull file for the collision detection in a map. This is a fairly simply process. Simply place the nshulls.txt into the same directory as your compile tools, and add the switch "-hullfile nshulls.txt" to CSG's parameters. This is necessary so collision detection works properly. The player sizes for every player is as follows:
32x32x72 (Half-life player size) - Used for standing marine, standing level 4 alien and crouching level 5 alien.
32x32x36 (Half-life crouching player)- Used for crouching marine and crouching level 4 alien. The level 1, 2 and 3 aliens can't crouch, so they are always this size.
64x64x108 - Used for the level 5 alien when standing.
Go check out the pictures at The ReadyRoom and discover for yourself!
Thanks for those guidelines Flayra!
the_stalker: Are you referring to the bipedal alien (the one that walks upright and doesn't have wings)? If so, that is the level 4.
Oh, and they all strike fear into the marines.
