Yea, fresh server load allowed plugin to start. Seems to work fine for me. only tested it twice in a row without moving myself. Although server has crashed three times in less then 2 hours since it was installed. So unsure if its stable, or just ns crashing.

Bah, after 4th crash 20 mins after 3rd one. I've removed the plugin. To bad too as I really liked it.
Always load admin mod last, otherwise there may be unexpected results, Also voogru updated some of the plugins that where having problems, And make sure you run the absolute LATEST version of metamod.

I was just playing a game on ns_nancy...we aliens ate thier base and had them cornered in subspace...they had relocated there with a CC.
After 15 mins of stalemate (3 GL gys vs 3 fades with me healing) they figured out that the stuck script teleported them back to the now empty main base! So they tried to rebuild, only discovered by me when I went to build the res there...we killed them, then I plopped O chambers all around, and they stopped stuck transporting over there <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Thing is, if it can be used to go places where there is no base, on purpose, my clanmates have asked me to remove the script. Thats kinda the only problem with the script, it teleports to where the team originally started, for aliens it works perfect tho since it teleports them to a hive which is alive.
I might think of something to make it work better for the marines.

My server just started crashing whenever someone is unstuck...happened three times in a row tonight, and people have said the server itself is a bit more unstable...
What would cause this?

That used to happen on mine too, crashed about 3 times in one hour after installing the plugin. I reinstalled the most recent version of this plugin a few days ago, and the server stayed up for a few days straight so I figured Voogster had fixed the bug somewhere. Maybe its back with the latest version (which I haven't upgraded to)?
Im gonna have a new version that should work better(if not perfect) the problem with linux is im assuming it doesnt like the way i kill the entities(TakeDamage) so i changed how i kill the entities.
Once i get someone to compile and test it on linux for me ill post it here.
There is also a small change, marines now get sent back to the spawn (they are not respawned, just sent back to the spawn) so if they have no spawnpoints there out of luck.
This prevents marines from being sent to thier "old base" if they have moved bases.
Could you add the thing in where a player types unstuck or /stuck and it unsticks them via unbury? It'd be nice to have both, for players who know and don't want to get sent back, like when my friend got stuck in an onos and the worst place to be was the marine spawn.

I updated it, there is a linux compile that scott compiled for me, its untested.

But the little **** on my server have found a way around the anti-afk plugin. They now all go spec when they go AFK, cos the plugin doesn't kick you when you are AFK in spec (obviously). Any ideas on what to do about it? When I am on the server I use my teams plugin to kick them back to the readyroom, but what about when I am not there? I don't think anything can be done unfortunately (other then blocking spec mode for pub games, which I would seriously consider) =/

when i first setup our server i disabled spec mode and hated it.. it allows you to view the action of death spot till you spawn.. i didnt like that idea.
we usually have an admin on so peeps wont sit spec for long.

Anyhow, I've been running his Fireworks, AntiAFK and his Restower ones and they all work fine for me.
Order of metamod plugins:
1: Fireworks
2: AntiAFK
3: ResTower
4: AMod (When it was one it caused the server to crash)

can you have it check the mp_serverops list before kicking the idler to see if they are an admin?
I would love that because as an admin, I would'nt like to be knocked off my server if im accidentally idle because of taking a phonecall. ;-)

BTW, Admins will still get the "Are you stuck?" question, they just wont get kicked for being idle.
