Worldcraft 3.4 (not Hammer!)

<div class="IPBDescription">Download inside!</div>If you're like me then you probably think Bob Dole is a spy from outer space. But also you think that the idea of renaming Worldcraft to "Hammer" is the stupidest idea since Chevy Chase's talk show. Well I was tired of seeing Hammer all over the place, so I whipped out the good old Resource Editor (fancy hex editor really, but who cares) and changed all that. Now all dialogs in the program say "WorldCraft (not hammer)" to prove my point. And to add a little bit of style I replaced the Hammer splash screen to say Worldcraft 3.4. :)

Does not change the functionality in any way, as it shouldn't. This is purely a style thing :)

As always, back up your old hammer.exe before overwriting with this one, just in case.

Teh Hammre was never as good as Worldcraft. Hasn't got the sparkle in the name. We know why it's called "WorldCraft" but why the hell would anyone name it "Valve Hammer Editor". Sounds more like a dirty old mans show.

I still use Worldcraft 3.3 despite having Valve Hammer 3.4 on my computer... I don't like the name, so I refuse to use it <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

well SamR, this should be perfect for you, cause it puts the name back. You really should use 3.4 over 3.3 because it is much better. Runs faster, critical bugs are fixed, etc.
