Voice Problem As Com

the problem is that when I am com, my voice blurs in the middle of the game. It's not lag (my ping is less than 100). I also use the keyboard for my voice button.
BTW my voice works great when I am playing as a marine grunt or alien, it's just the com position giving me problems. I've also noticed other coms having the same problem. Their voice is fine in the beginning but later on in the game, we can't hear what they're saying.
Is there a fix for this? I hear that leaving your chair and jumping back in fixes it, but thats not optimum, especially since you gotta wait like 10secs to get back in.
