Why Can't I Post In The Bug Forum?

<div class="IPBDescription">Can't Post.</div> Topic. Plus I found this new bug. Help I need to tell it to a NSTeam member but I don't know how to say it without giving it off.

    The bug forum is moderated, meaning that mods go through all new topics to sort spam / repeated stuff out before they're posted on the boards.

    We're only human, so it sometimes takes some time.
