<div class="IPBDescription">For newbies who need to know..</div> ALright, first of all, marines can get orders/waypoints from the commander. And the waypoints have many different objectives.
1. Move to your waypoint soldier.
Select your marines and right click where ever you want them to go (on the ground, or even in the vent) cannot make them go to places that are not in the map (DUH!!!)
2. Defend target.
Select your marines and right click on a marine or marine structure. Do this if you want someone to be defended (like defending a good player, or he's a leader) or if you want some marines to defend a marine structure.
3. Weld target.
Select your marines and right click on a weldable target. Make sure that marine has a welder (otherwise you're telling em to do nothing there)
4. Attack target.
Select your marines and right click on an alien. This also helps cause now you know where that alien is ( attack target will always be above that aliens till you give a new order) sorta like motion tracking, but only on 1 alien.
5. Build structure waypoint.
Select your marines and right click on a unfinished building. Also, you can select the marines, then build a strucutre. this automatically sets the waypoint.
WEll that's all i've seen. if anyone sees a different order, plz tell me.
