Beta Test... Possibly

Perhaps and admin/moderator will see this and perhaps not. I run a NS server (and have been for several weeks). It's nearly always got players and at night is nearly always full. I was wondering if there was anyway to beta test the new patches or is it Flayra's picks only? Server runs 18 players (2 of which are reserved), AMX. The server itself is run on an AMX XP 1900+ with 512 ddr and a dual T1 connection. Pings average in the 60-150's and slighly higher on the more intensive maps.
