<div class="IPBDescription">Keep freezing!</div>If I have 2 - 3 web browers up at the same time and if I select one of them that is not currenlty up on my screen my computer freezes and i have to ctrl+alt+del the webpage then all other webpages shut down as well.  And my taskbar only shows the time and volume controls.  AWW!

I noticed this happening a lot after I ran ad-aware.  Did ad-aware do something??

I would probably say yes, if you were able to do this b4 ad aware, try uninstalling it and see how that goes

I used to have it all the time when I was using IE 5.0, now that I switched to 6.0 I haven't had a problem with it, I hear it's quite common if you use win98.

why yes, I do use win98.. where can I get this 6.0?

*edit* ok got 6.0 but it still freezs, any other ideas?

Try running a scan-disk, a regscan, and a repair installation of Win.
