Ok firstly set up 1-4 defence towers just around the corner (or in a vent as with ns_caged) then wait and gather about 100 res then just wander into there base and start dropping OC's in a line or in a circular shape around there primary structures but staying within range of those defence chambers. Now providing that no troops have respawned you will be relatively safe to concentrate building on each OC while your other OC's build themselves , you will probably lose 1 OC due to turret fire but continue to drop more OC's and heal the current ones. But , as with almost any strategy it just takes a good comm to knock it out before it even takes off or relocate with little problem.
