I know you can have windos and linux on 1 harddrive, just make sure you make a bootpartition for linux, dunno 'bout 2 windows versions, monsE would know <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->
Yes, just load them to different partitions. You can have as many as your hard-drive will take, as long as you specify which partition you want to boot to in DOS during the boot process.
It's fully possible, I have 2... windows 98 and windows 2k, both on C: (no space left on C:, arr!<!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo--> When I start my computer I get a question on which one I want to use.. <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->
Well, I myself am also using Win2K and Win98: Win2K for whenever I want to get something done, and Win 98 whenever that mean, sadistic trait comes through.
jed, if you like bashing microsoft so much, name a better operating system that is incredibly easily to manage and pretty stable along witht he fact that houses MOST programs compared to others. You really can't, and linux is mainly server managing, so don't even go into that.
