Those are some nice models, I think. And, yeah, I can assume with some certainty that they're original because I haven't yet seen any PR's with a grip shaped exactly like that [a little bit round at the edges, for my taste at the moment], nor have I noticed any [besides the AvP2 model] with the barrel alligned with the Thompson M1A1-style receiver as nicely as that one is.

The VP 70's sweet... Never seen a model of that, before. Masamune Shirow has a long-standing thing for snub-nosed pistols like that [irrelevant bit of trivia, but anyway...].

And the Gerber... Well, neither the pistol, nor the knife are my style, but they seem to be pretty accurate from what I remember of the few photos I've had enough interest to bother looking at. I'm -VERY- much looking forward to seeing those skinned.

Would you mind keeping us posted on their progress, Blue? I'm sure plenty of people will be salivating greedily over the pic and just as many would give their left nut to help you bring them to release [if that's your intention, anyway].

thanks for the offer of help assembling these models too, much apprieciated, but im an old modeller and can model/skin/animate with relative ease (this kinda includes compiling too <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> ) ill keep you posted as work progresses, i just needed a little break from modelling players all day long.

PLEASE dont keep the same reload animation for the LMG from avp2 one, its just HORRIBLE!

you should reserve your judgment on its perfection until its an mrel m8, a screen shot can disguise a multitude of mistakes. thats what i always do a default max render, no special effects on the model and no fancy lighting.

no, ive never played gw. but i am on the dev team. i had to take a short sabbatical because of family problems ( a homeless brother, a family member burned to death, and just last week my mother in law nearly lost both legs to clotting) plus i have a child too and shes a real handful. i just rarely have time to myself now. alx is coo though he gets it.
