I've found atleast in some servers that you can just type <b>graph</b> without the plus. No need to hold any buttons down.
Some servers it doesn't see to work at all. There is another HL command that gives similar reading that should work in all HL games. Can't remember what it is.
0 = off 1 = 3 with all bandwidth information in charts. 2 = 3 with a waveform monitor, shows you how loud either you or everything is. 3 = Only numbers, no fancy schmancy.
