what i feel like saying
Well first off this is my first time posting, ive been playing NS for well over a month now, and i love it. I used to run a TFC clan but droped it w/ out looking back after playing NS for a few games. Turned my clan server (TFC) into a NS server. The server is a p450 running linux w/384 ram. were hopefully looking into upgrading that for NS, who knows. www.clan2id.tk is my website - we only have 4 members currently but its a start.

When CS came out, a long time ago i played that a little but that never turned me over to it. but NS on the other hand has changed my views altogether from TFC.

something maybe a little off topic here, but i was thinking the other day. doesnt the half life use the quake 2 engine? well there is a mod type thing for quake 2 called quake 2 evolved , which is really an update in it self. it adds great graphics to the really aging engine, it plays any mods for quake 2. so i was thinking maybe this could be used in half life some how to add better graphics? i dont have a problem w/halflife's graphics but it would be nice to have something a little bit better looking, im not complaining but i think it would add a lot of life to half life. oh well just my 2 cents, im considering in posting here , im not to good at posting on message boards but maybe ill try for this one......... well out

Eric

Welcome to the club. My computer is better than your server.

Zerglin, that's because servers have quite low requirements after RAM in general.

Space generally isn't an issue, and neither is processor speed.
