<div class="IPBDescription">What is going on ???</div> Something happened the other day while I was playing on a NS server on ns_caged. I was advancing to the ventilation hive to reach a waypoint the comm put down, I camped outside the hive because I could hear the skulks coming towards me. All of a sudden the comm put a waypoint down telling me to kill the enemy, the waypoint started move up and down this vent nearby, it was a skulk I could see everywhere it was going where ever it would try to go I would see with the waypoint.
I wasn't aware you could do this but the story gets better, the alien which was waypointed died and respawned the waypoint still intact. I don't know if the comm put another waypoint on the same alien but you could still see it running around.
If you could do this why have motion tracking when you have permenant indicators even if they don't move...
Someone please explain what the hell was going on.

I always used to only see my marines shooting at them, but never actually see the aliens, even if i scanner swept. Now i can see them perfectly, and give attack orders.
Don't forget however that u can only order marines to one target at a time, so even if it is like parasiting them for that single marine's benefit, it means the comm cant give that marine any new orders if he wants that marine to always know where that ONE alien is...
could be useful if u target the gorge, or the last remaining fade after u have taken back their 2nd hive, but otherwise no biggie...
