    And then...I add in the suddenly missing lights :/...Here we go.  Texturing is not final, I just did this in like 1 hour.  The layout is almost the same of my old rr, but I scrapped that...so, I did this again.  Also...the sky is not final...I'm searching for a good one now.

What are the yellow bars on the door back there?

    Looks great, but you'd be hard pressed to find a ramp as steep as the one on the far right in real life...

    mmm, align the textures and change the sky. The ramps may be a bit steep as someone said.

    ...THe ramps are fine...You can go up and down them easily.  THe sky texture is not final, and neither are the textures(READ THE POST&#33<!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->  THe yellow bars are sorta like hazard tape, because that door isn't wokring, which is why on the other side, it's all dark in that hall.

    If the "hazard tape" is a permanent feature of the room (i.e. not "map under construction"), do you want it to look more like tape?  If so, don't make it horizontal, and make the brush really thin.  My nitpicky $0.02.

    It is really thin:P...It's more of yellow bars to prevent people from using it.  And yes, 32 player spawns.  1 person on each ramp, 4 on each of the secondary platfroms, and the rest on the middle.  Chalupa...gimme a sky!

    Hmmm... you should ask chrome about 'off limits' bars, because ns_next im pretty sure, the one with the kick-azz ready room has a part thats blocked off like that with a very cool texture! check out the map at NS World, it's pretty cool. <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->

    thats really cool inzane, ok, a few tips.

    * Make the TSA symbol smaller so it doesn't clip off the side, or at least that's how looks in the pic.
    * Make a depth to the readyroom, it looks like just blackness, you should add something down there <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->

    * The new sky looks MUCH better, but in my opinion, could be a bit darker.

    If i think of more i'll add... hehe, i just looked at it for a minute and decided to post what i noticed now.

    looks good man.  rather than having pure black underneath, i suggest layering decreasingly transparent, black, textures.  here's a pic of a map i did this in once.  gives a nice "bottomless pit" effect.

    yeah, problem with that is that you can see that its layered at the edge of the wall, best just to use a light that slowly fades down there. The sky only looks bright because your glass is set to be too visible, tone it down a bit. I would suggest pipes or something running along across the pi, just below the platforms.

    i prefear the grates,also on the platforms,i think this tex is not right...u also need a infested floor tex on the alien side,the starting shots showed that u haven't(i know the texturing is under work,i read bbefore posting! <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->)
    i would put a vent in the pit or tubes,some little little lights or a machinery,it depends how deep u want...bottomless,vent ore tubes, if u want players to see the end...put a some kind of generator.
    i would make the 1st spawn otherwhere,when spawning there,i think it will look too crowded

    Unless there are two FULL moons in that sky, I'd reduce the lighting coming from the skylight a bit. WAY too bright.
