ok, take 2 realy thin sugar cookies (not realy sugar cookies but close enugh) and when they JSUT come out off the oven (still hot) sandwich a thinmint (after eight) between them, the cookies will bond leaving you with a realy realy good cookie ;D (PS I think it is in joy of cooking)


and for those that don't know thinmints or after eights
they are little squares of chocalate with mint paste in them (they are like realy thin and about 1 inch squar)

Chocolate (peanut-butter) oatmeal no-bake cookies. The best...if they're made right. The only good batches I have had were made by my mom. Other people just don't know how to make them.
