Lan Games?

<div class="IPBDescription">I am unable to create LAN games...</div> Well, I load up and play NS online just fine. I thought to myself that I might create a LAN game to get some COM practice, however, I cannot create a LAN game. Once I have NS loaded I go Multiplayer > Lan Game > Create Game and then for the list of maps it shows my only Counter-Strike and regular HL maps. I checked the NS mod folder and it has all the appropiate map files, which of course it would sense I play Online just fine. I then DL'ed the 1.03 server patch for NS, hoping that would fix the problem, however, it did not. When I installed the 1.03v I REPLACED all other files, was that wrong? umm, odd I think this should not fix it but try NOT running it from the short cut (actualy open up HL/CSretail and then activate NS then go create it)

don't use the NS desktop shortcut. it's bugged.

open its proprieties then type your HL directory in the initial path.

yop, I have the same problem, it's a bit annoying... but it can be solved by activating NS from the mod viewer (in CS for instance)
