    HLTV is short for ... Half-life TV ...

    er, anyway, its Valves new spectator mode in HL.  Generaly speaking, The server admins set it up and you join it like any other server.  Its purly a spectating tool.  It has first person, 'over the sholder', a map view and a nifty little picture in picture feature.

    Its quite nice.

    I ... don't think it can/would solve world hunger ...

    HLTV is really nice, I regularly set up HLTV servers for the SI clan league <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->  Great way for lots of people to see the matches without being involved.

    I know! I know! in the matrix, Morpheus says something about tumblig down a rabbit hole, going into the unknown. He refers to alice in wonderland, and as we all can see in the disney animation, the rabbit was white. So, that explains white hole. Its the opposite of black hole, something that sucks everything in it, which is why you placed it here... You think everyone will become addicted to hltv in the future, like a black hole it will suck everyone in it.

    Talion wins the $5... unfortunatly due to circumstances beyond the control of the ATMT Broadcasting company, the money is not currently avalible. Instead you get Mart as your man-servant for 24 whole hours as written in Section 7B, SubSection 25, paragraph 16, line 2 of the ATMT broadcasting company terms of Service...
