Getting stuck in Glacial Cavern

In the Glacial Cavern, facing the frozen creature and elevator, It looks as if there might be a hidden area under the mangled platform. If a player attempts to investigate by leaping onto the horizontal ladder to the left, they can get trapped in a small area and are unable to pass between the overhanging Ladder and the Pepper plant. It is also not possible to jump onto the Ice shelf against the wall on the opposite side of the Pepper Plant from the Ladder. Using the console command to bump a meter defaults to the closest free area which keeps you trapped there. To continue I had to teleport to the Cavern again by table with the necklace.
